1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and our services (including custom jingles, audio production, or any related products), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Space Tech Pty LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides custom jingle creation, audio branding, and related digital products.

All audio files are delivered digitally and include licensing terms described in Section 7.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before any work begins.

After purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions for submitting your creative brief.

Work begins once your full brief is received.

Payments are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in Section 8.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 72 hours from the time your complete brief is received.

Complex requests may require additional time; we will notify you in advance.

Delivery times may vary based on volume, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

5. Revisions

Each package includes the revision options specified at the time of purchase.

Revisions apply to:

Mix adjustments

Minor melody tweaks

Timing/lyric adjustments (if applicable)

Revisions do not include:

Full remakes
New creative directions
New stylistic references
Major lyrical rewrites (unless purchased as an add-on)
If you request a new direction, a remake fee may apply.

6. Delivery of Final Files

Upon completion and approval, you will receive:

High-quality WAV file
MP3 file
Licensing document
Stems (if included in your package)

Files are delivered digitally via email or download link.

7. Licensing & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated in your package:

You receive a royalty-free commercial license.

You may use the jingle across digital platforms, ads, websites, and social media.

You may NOT resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the music.

All rights not expressly granted remain owned by Space Tech Pty LTD.

If you need expanded rights (TV, radio, national broadcast, etc.), contact us for an upgrade.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds

We offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all custom jingles.

A refund may be approved only if:

No final jingle has been delivered, and

Less than one revision round has been completed, and

You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are NOT available if:

You approved a demo

You received a completed jingle

You requested multiple revisions

You changed your mind about the project direction

You failed to provide the required brief information

All refund decisions are at the discretion of Space Tech Pty LTD.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information

Submit a complete brief

Respond to revision requests promptly

Not use our work for unlawful or harmful purposes

Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All custom jingles remain the intellectual property of Space Tech Pty LTD until final payment is received and the project is delivered.

We reserve the right to showcase samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

Space Tech Pty LTD is not liable for:

Loss of revenue

Business interruption

Indirect or consequential damages

Misuse of delivered audio

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate communication with any client who behaves abusively or violates our Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
